There are many wonderful sites to see in the surrounding area:

The pretty hilltop village of Baudinard sur Verdon, with its magnificent views over the Valensole plateau and lavender fields visible especially from the Chapelle de Notre Dame.

It´s located at the foot of the Moyennes Gorges du Verdon and offers some unusual Gorges that can be visited by boat from the lakes of Montpezat or Artignosc.

The Hautes Gorges is Europe’s highest canyon, which you can explore by car, mainly on the Route des Crêtes, or by foot on one of the many well-known walks, such as the Sentier Martel.

The village of Moustiers Sainte Marie is well worth a visit to admire the work of its earthenware makers and the waterfalls that flow through it.

The Basses Gorges link the lakes of Quinson and Esparon, but the largest and most beautiful lake is Sainte-Croix, with its natural beaches and turquoise waters typical of the Verdon.

Both supervised and unsupervised swimming is possible, as are all water sports activities, in the two pretty coastal villages of Bauduen and Sainte-Croix du Verdon, which are closest to the resort.

Less than half an hour away, you can visit other villages include Régusse with its mills, Aups with its Truffle Museum, Quinson with its Prehistory Museum and prehistoric village, Sillans-la-Cascade, Villecroze and Tourtour, ‘the village in the sky’.

Throughout the summer months, don’t miss their attractions, restaurants and typical Provencal markets!

Other more sporting activities are available in the Regional Nature Park, such as canyoning, climbing, paragliding, via ferrata and cycling.

The tourist offices will be happy to provide you with specific information.
